Coming back from her trip, Myriam Belisle from Sherbrooke Innopole, confirms that thanks to Ecotech Quebec, GreenCape and the ICN Passport, she discovered many business opportunities in South Africa. Here are some quote from her blog (written in French):
- “The event was a unique opportunity for the company Lekla to better understand the African energy market and especially to make many interesting business meetings”
- “For South Africans, the development of renewable energy on their territory is seen as an opportunity to enhance their quality of life and safety, and to develop sustainably their territory. Whether through job creation , training of the workforce or to provide access to electricity and heating solutions to communities, the development of clean technology sector is certainly part of the solutions to the socioeconomic development of the country. Which is a good news since… energy efficiency, solar power and storage are strong sectors in Sherbrooke. The outlook is promising for our companies in clean technology!”
